Jesus loves you and the whole world (John 3:16, NIV). He is not a distant figure but
God’s own Son who cares deeply about your life and every person on earth. From the
very beginning, Jesus was active in creating everything with the Father and the Holy
Spirit. “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1), and
John’s Gospel reminds us, “Through him all things were made; without him nothing
was made that has been made” (John 1:3). This means Jesus designed the sunrise,
the oceans, and even you.
Because of His great love, Jesus came to offer forgiveness and new life. Our
separation from God—our sin—keeps us from experiencing His joy and peace. But
Jesus promised, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” (John
10:10). He paid the price for our mistakes by dying on the cross and rising again. Now
he invites us into a relationship with God, not by anything we do but by trusting in him.
If you feel unsure or distant from God, know that Jesus is reaching out to you right
now. He welcomes your questions, your doubts, and your honest heart. You don’t
need to clean up your life before coming; he meets us in our mess. When we turn to
him in faith, he forgives our past and gives us purpose for today and hope for
tomorrow.
As you consider this invitation, remember:
- Jesus loves the world and cares about you personally.
- He was with the Father and the Holy Spirit at creation, showing his power and
authority over all things. - Through his death and resurrection, he offers full forgiveness and eternal life to
everyone who believes.
You are not too far gone, and it’s never too late to say yes. Jesus stands with open
arms, ready to welcome you into God’s family. If you’re ready to make that choice, you
can speak a simple prayer from your heart.
Call to Action:
If you’re ready to invite Jesus into your life and trust him as your Savior and Lord, pray
this prayer of commitment:
“Lord Jesus, I admit that I need you. Thank you for loving me and creating me. I
believe you died for my sins and rose again. I invite you into my life now. Please
forgive me, change me, and lead me. In your name I pray, amen.”
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank you for sending Jesus, your Son, to love the world and unite
creation under his care. Thank you for the Holy Spirit who guides us and reminds us
of your truth. I pray for everyone reading this who has not yet made a decision to
follow Jesus. Open their hearts to your love, give them courage to believe, and fill
them with your peace. Help us all to share this good news with compassion and
boldness. In Jesus’ name, amen.
