After serving our Lord Jesus Christ for seventeen years overseas in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, and Spain I accepted an offered position as a USA Missionary and evangelist with Evangelism Explosion in 2014. My job is assisting Pastors in Christian churches in South Carolina. I travel to their church and give Share Your Faith Workshops to the groups desiring to learn how to share their faith. Then I give the seven-week Everyday Evangelism training to leaders. I take them out to do On-The-Job Training. Then they will lead their members in Evangelism On-The-Job Training. They too will go out into parks, malls and anywhere there are people gathered so their members can learn how to share the Gospel during their everyday lives. To accomplish this mission, I will need to travel, pay for meals and stay in hotels. Our Lord Jesus’s Holy Spirit has placed it in my heart to answer this call to train others.   I am now reaching out to see who wants to be part of my financial support team. Our Lord Jesus commanded us to reach His harvest and He is the one leading this so please pray that it bears much fruit, and that His harvest of waiting souls are brought into His Kingdom for His Glory. I know where He leads, He supplies financially through His people. This is a donor supporter position and I know if it is His will, He will raise up the financial support needed for me to do the Job. Becoming a skilled pilot not only takes class work, but on-the-job training as well. It’s the same with evangelism. Unfortunately, too many evangelism courses are all class work with no practical witnessing experience. Evangelism Explosion Leadership Training gets you “in the air” with skilled Trainers who go out into the harvest field and share Jesus’ saving story confidently and completely. You observe. You learn. Then you participate incrementally until you’ve mastered it and are sharing our Lord Jesus Gospel with others.

It’s no secret that the church is the key to the Great Commission. Once lay leaders are trained in Evangelism Explosion, you’re ready to take off and equip the members of their church. An EE training event may require one to two and a half days of commitment, but that’s a small price to pay when considering the eternal change it will bring to the lives of your congregation and community!

It’s the same method Jesus used. He began with a handful of people and turned the world upside down!
