The free gift is freedom from sin and entrance to the heavenly gates. our Creator and God has opened His arms, in fact His arms has been opened ever since creation, but man has ignored Him and went their own way. He sent Jesus to show us the way and to give us forgiveness for sins. He just asks us to come back to Him, Love Him and therefore love others because as the Bible also says God is love.
