We can have a relationship with God

When we look at the cross and the Words Jesus spoke when on it, we see a perfect demonstration of what God did for us through Him.

Everytime I use this dementration and ask “does this make sense to you”, everyone always reply “yes”. It truly shows that all our sins, past, present and even future have been put on Jesus who was God in the flesh and now is God with the Father. As the Apostle Paul brings out, one man Adam brought all sin into the world and one man Jesus took all sin out of the world. We as humans have to be willing to give our sins to God through Jesus and He takes them off of us. God loves us so much that from the moment we submit to Him and give our life to Him, He takes over our lives and leads, guides and directs our steps until the day we stand before Him and then for eternity.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. https://my.bible.com/bible/1/JHN.3.16

John Chapter 3 verse 5. Jesus answered, “Truly I tell you, unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, (Ezekiel 36:25-27; Acts 22:16; 2 Timothy 3:5he cannot enter the kingdom of God.  verse 6. Whatever is born of the flesh (Philippians 3:3) is flesh, and whatever is born of the Spirit is spirit. verse 7. Do not be amazed that I told you that you must be born (1 Peter 1:3again. verse 8. The wind blows where it pleases, and you hear its sound, but you don’t know where it comes from or where it is going. (John 8:14So it is with everyone born of the Spirit. (1 Corinthians 2:13-16) How can these things be?” asked Nicodemus.verse 10 “Are you a teacher of Israel and don’t know these things?” Jesus replied. verse 11. Truly I tell you, (John 1:51we speak what we know and we testify to what we have seen, but you do not accept our testimony. verse 12. If I have told you about earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things? verse 13. No one has ascended ( John 20:17into heaven (Deuteronomy 30:12; John 6:62; Acts 2:34; 1 Corinthians 15:32-58; Ephesians 4:8-10except the one who descended from heaven (John 6:38; John 8:23)  the Son of Man who is in heaven (Mark 2:10-12) verse 14. “Just as Moses (Numbers 21:9; John 3:14lifted up the snake in the wilderness, (Numbers 21:4-9so the Son of Man must be lifted up, verse 15. so that everyone who believes in him will not perish, but have eternal life. (Mark 10:17; John 12:25; Acts 13:48) verse 16. For God loved (John 12:43; 1 Corinthians 13:1; Galatians 2:20; Colossians 1:13; Colossians 3:12; 2 Thessalonians 2:13,16; 1 John 4:7-12;) the world in this way He gave his one and only (1 John 4:9) Son, (John 5:19; Hebrews 1:2) so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. (John 12:25; Romans 5:8; 1 John 3:16; 4:9-10) verse 17. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn (John 8:11) the world, but to save the world through him. verse 18. Anyone who believes in him is not condemned, but anyone who does not believe is already condemned, (Matthew 12:41; Mark 16:16 ) because he has not believed in the name (John 10:25; 1 John 3:23) of the one and only Son (John 5:19) of God. verse 19. This is the judgment: The light (Psalms 36:9; John 12:46) has come into the world, (John 18:37; 1 John 2:8) and people loved darkness rather than the light because their deeds were evil. verse 20. For everyone who does evil hates (Luke 6:27; 19:14) the light (avoids the Light) does not come to the light so that his deeds ( Mark 14:6; James 2:14-26) may not be exposed. verse 21. But anyone who lives by the truth comes to the light, so that his works (John 5:36) may be shown to be accomplished by God.”
