Even as we continue to have weakness and battle to become as Jesus. Sin will create a distance from our Father in heaven. We do not disown our children when they do wrong. Our wrong doings will cause distance between Father and children, but If they ask for forgiveness we forgive and come closer with them. This is how God our Father in heaven is. Our God is ready to               forgive. Allow Him to forgive you. Trust, He has when we ask. God’s Word from beginning to the end shows us that God always forgives when His people ask for forgiveness. If we continue falling into the same sins. He constantly is ready to constantly forgive if we ask. God knows in time we will win the battle over the sin we fight with.

Matthew 6:6-15 (KJV) But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.”  But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.” After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.” Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” Give us this day our daily bread.” And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.” And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.” For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”

We have forgiveness because of God’s grace. It is a Gift. We are also taught to continue asking for forgiveness. “1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” – Romans 8:1 KJV
