Jesus was tempted as we are but never sinned. Jesus understands us and will help us. He cares for us.

Jesus had to take on a physical body. He was tempted as we are but without sin. Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.” – Hebrews 2:17 NKJV For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.” – Hebrews 2:18 NKJV

Jesus was 100 percent man and 100 percent God. Jesus defeated death. Now we too will live forever. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.” – Hebrews 10:4 NKJ And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission.” – Hebrews 9:22 NKJV

The blood of Jesus paid for all sin past present and future. Therefore, just as Gen. 2:17; 3:6, 19; (Rom. 5:15–17; 1 Cor. 15:21) through one man sin entered the world, and Gen. 2:17death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned Romans 5:12 For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded (Is. 53:11)to many.

We have To be willing to give our sins to Him. And then submit to Jesus so we can follow Him and become more like Him.

We can find rest that we will be with Jesus in our Father’s Kingdom because of the sacrifice that God made through Jesus. Jesus came from heaven to earth to pay for our sin.
